If you are unsatisfied with a decision made by the APVMA under the Agvet Code you may be able to seek internal review of the decision within 42 days from the date that the original decision was made. Alternatively, you may be able to apply for review by the Administrative Appeal Tribunal (AAT) within 28 days from the day after the day on which the decision is notified to the applicant. AAT review may also be available with respect to decisions made by the APVMA after a process of internal review.
